Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Same Same Apparel. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Please note that Same Same Apparel are based in Australia and all shipping times mentioned are to be used as a guide only.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, unless a custom tie-dye shirt is ordered. If this is the case, please allow an extra 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


DELIVERY ESTIMATES

For all standard domestic orders, please allow 3 - 7 business days

For all express domestic orders, please allow 1 - 3 business days

For all international orders, please allow 10 - 30 days however this may vary depending on your location. You will find a more accurate delivery estimate once you have entered your address at the checkout.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once we have shipped your order, it is then deemed fulfilled and we hold no responsibility or control over shipping delays.


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


All domestic orders will include a tracking number.*


All international orders with express shipping will include a tracking number. If standard shipping is purchased on an international order you will not get a tracking number and Same Same Apparel will not be held responsible for lost orders.


Your tracking number can be found in your shipment confirmation email, along with a link to track your order. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

*Please note: Any order that contains only stickers or patches cannot be tracked.


INCORRECT DATA

Same Same Apparel takes no responsibility for incorrect delivery information entered upon checkout. We ask that you please double check information before placing your order and contact info@samesameapparel.com as soon as possible if you have noticed any errors.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Same Same Apparel is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)


DAMAGED/LOST GOODS

Same Same Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
